What type of session can I have?
I offer private sessions face-to-face as well as online.
Online via Facetime, Skype, Zoom, or WhatsApp
The online sessions use Surrogation, through which I will be able to do the muscle testing on your behalf. There is a very specific protocol used, to ensure that working this way is in the best and highest interest for both of us. Other than that, you will do the actual PSYCH-K® Balances (change processes) as if the session were face-to-face and I will guide you through each step of the process.
What happens during a session?
A PSYCH-K® session can last from 60-90 minutes. It begins with a chat about what you are experiencing in your life that you want to change. We typically focus on one or two areas per session. After identifying your current experience, we identify the experiences you would much rather have instead. The new, desired experiences are your goals, which we turn into emotionally meaningful goal statements. These statements are then programmed into your subconscious to give you the motivation and drive that creates your new, desired experiences.
The PSYCH-K® Balances create potential within us. It is like planting a seed for change in the subconscious mind. We plant it during the Balance process and then water it to bring it to fruition. We water the seed in PSYCH-K® by creating an action plan. We will work together to create an achievable action plan during the last part of your session that takes that new change from your subconscious mind into your conscious reality.

Sometimes one session is enough to experience the changes you seek, but depending on what your goals are, two or three sessions may be needed.
If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours of the session time, full payment must be made. [see Terms & Conditions].
Before Your Session:
We recommend watching "The Psychology of Change" prior to scheduling the first session. This creates the highest level of preparation so the session can be focused on the results you want instead of explaining the process. The first session takes 90 minutes.
After you complete and submit the Intake Form, we can coordinate your session appointment. The intake form can be emailed (scanned or typed, saved and emailed as an attachment).
Your session will be customized, private, and focused on your goals, desires, struggles, and frustrations from your intake form. These may change from one session to the next as you experience transformation. The number of sessions needed is unique to each person.
